Deputies,

It is with deep disappointment that we announce the discontinuation of our Learning Management System. This platform represented countless hours of development, course creation, and a genuine commitment to providing professional, structured training for every member of the Los Santos County Sheriff's Office.

We are disheartened by this outcome. The LMS was built to elevate our department's standards, ensure consistency in training, and provide our deputies with the resources they need to excel in their duties. It was more than just a system—it was an investment in each of you and the future of this agency.

While we respect the community's decision, we cannot help but feel that a valuable tool for professional development has been lost. To those who supported this initiative and recognized its potential, we extend our gratitude. Your commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed.

We will continue to serve this community with the same dedication and professionalism, even as we adapt to this change.

In light of this decision, Area Commander Reisner and myself will be tendering our resignations from the Training Bureau, effective immediately. We wish the department and its deputies nothing but the best moving forward.
